There is a row of cages at Singapore Jurong Birdpark that is simply filled with awesomeness. You are looking at cages that contained eagles, falcon, hawks and they just look fantastic. The first that you see (depending on which direction you came from) is the bald eagle. Well, he didn’t look too bald to me.
I was also lucky that it was meal time so I got to see some of them eating their lunch. Fancy some sushi? Well, raw fish at the very least.
But the very last eagle simply gave me a feeling of awesomeness (borrowing the term from a certain panda). It was just breathtaking, the size, the beauty and the fact of knowing that it can simply tear me apart. Absolutely awesome!
