My recent trip to Singapore brought me to the Night Safari at Singapore Zoo. It is only my second time there but I thought I’ll try to get some shots in this time around. And man, it was difficult to shoot in the dark!
Even the fire eaters/ sprayers were a challenge as the lighting condition was almost non-existent to showcase the burst of flames from their mouth.

But as usual, these men and women from “Borneo” were having a field time doing what they do best. And finally some poor soul was picked out from the crowd for a little entertainment. I don’t think he was too happy at having to eat fire.

Where are the animals you might ask? Well, here they are! Two animal shots on my night safari experience. Told you my camera can’t see at night.

But I still saw the mousedeer though. And well, err, yeah, no lions or anything like that because they were too far away for my 85mm. Maybe next time I’ll bring my own spotlight.

nice night shots, no flash?
@meendee didn’t occur to me to use it for the fire eaters/sprayers. And as usual with animals, no flash allowed :)
I like the cat shot. Nice!!!
@Kalvin Thanks :)
