Formula DE

A while back, because there wasn’t a design expert in Toybox (not that there is now), I decided to put my amateurish work to good use. Or at least to make it useful. I decided to make some *ehem* posters to promote the games at the shop.

The above is one example of a racing game, Formula De. It is as you can see, a game about F1 racing. Pretty interesting as you got to change gears, go into pit stops and practically be like an F1 driver except you don’t have the fancy graphics of an electronic game. I decided to use Alonso then as he was the top driver back then.

Khet

Another game that I did a poster for was Khet, which is a chess-like game except it has laser. And that is where the speed of light comes in. It is pretty cool and it was only available for a limited time. I think even our very own copy was snapped up by an eager customer.

Killing Dr Lucky

And this is the opposite of Cluedo, or if you may, the prequel to Cluedo. Over here, you are trying to Kill Dr Lucky. The winner is of course the person who successfully murders Dr Lucky. You can then continue with a game of Cluedo to find out who did it. Of course, there is absolutely no relations between the two games. I am just trying to be funny.

So what do you think? Are the posters usable? Or are they just too plain corny?

Corny is not a bad thing when the alternative is nothing.

    Nice posters!

“Ever wondered what it is like trying to kill someone? Now you can, without getting arrested.” LOL~ but it’s a dangerous tagline somehow =P
