The title should probably be called “I’ve finally watched Transformers 2″ instead of Monday Movie Review. Ultimately, I got a two conclusions to make about the movie. For someone to say that it is a great movie, there are only two reasons:
1. They secretly hate Transformers
2. They have an undying love for Michael Bay
I tried to keep an open mind but after watching countless trailers, being given multiple spoilers, that open mind was closed when I was wondering when the movie will end 20 minutes into the movie.
The plot has more holes than the roads in Malaysia, and robots with beard, balls and moving mouth is just utter disgrace to the original Transformers. Pointless romance, pointless university buddy (let’s not even call him buddy, they weren’t that close), and ultimately a pointless storyline.
But like moth drawn to fire, I am sure if there was ever a third movie, I’ll watch it. Just like how I watched Dragonball, and will be watching GI Joe. Such is life.

hahaha the movie does suck…but still a transformers movie. hope they will do a better job for the 3rd one
You’re right about the moth and fire thing…. no other reason makes logical sense.

i’v been quite keen to watch this. unfortunately none of my friends have been willing to accompany me, their reasons unanimously being that it is a pile of crap. reading all these reviews, i think i might just settled for a bootlegged copy downloaded off the internet.
i still … have not ….. watched!!!!!! so sad :(
@mat amit I highly doubt so if Michael Bay remains.
@Anthony Hoo We are gluttons for punishment :P
@shal Ahh its a true test of friendship. Finding someone to sit through Transformers 2 :P
@meendee lol err go watch?
So is Megan Fox really a guy?
@Mark Don’t think so. Yet another dumb statement to keep herself in the news. Maybe to take away the attention on how much Transformers 2 sucked.
