High Dynamic Range or HDR is something a lot of photographers will try – sooner or later. By combining pictures of different exposures, it brings out the best in colours and light across the picture lending a dramatic effect to the end product.
A lot of photographers fancy using Photomatix and some even go the extent of doing the curve adjustment themselves. As for me? I like one-click solutions, therefore, I try to go for the easiest.

People have commented that I do a fairly good job with HDR shots but again, the credit goes to the software that I use – Dynamic Photo HDR by Media Chance. It is an excellent program where the brains belong to the software, while I just do the menial task of clicking.
Just the way I like it.

The program not only does HDR but it also comes bundled with cool effects that you can add to your picture. Such as the Orton effect and other standard ones like B&W as well as Vignetting.

Not only that, it also has color-matching abilities, giving you the ability to tweak the colours to fit a certain feel. The new version I think has even more bells and whistles but if you see a good HDR shot from me, then think of it as Media Chance’s work. They are the brains behind it.
I am just merely a clicker.
ps: I will be away the whole of next week for a trip to Taiwan! So, this blog will stay quiet. Hope to share you with great photos from Taipei :) See ya when I get back.
