This is going to be a combo post because I didn’t take that many pictures. After all, it is just noodles, so one shot should already tell my story. I have a couple of favourite noodle spots around KL but the best for me would have to be Woo Pin Fish Head noodles located in Taman Desa.
This is simply the best fish head noodles I’ve had and it is worth the drive from Kota Kemuning. Of course, while they are famous for their fish head noodles, my usual order is the fish paste noodle, because no bones mah! If you are interested in this place, it is located at:
Woo Pin Fish Head Noodle
Jalan 1/109F, Taman Danau Desa,
Next up is a good bowl of beef noodles. I’ve heard good stuff about the Yang Kee Beef Noodles or Mi Daging and decided to try it out myself. The noodles was alright, lots of minced meat is good stuff but I’ll probably try their lou shu fun next time over the wantan mee. Not a big fan of wantan mee.
But the beef was to die for! It was juicy and tender and definitely worth the trip. The beef balls were bouncy, but was second to the beef slices themselves. If you want to give this a go, you can find them at:
Restaurant Yang Kee,
52, Jalan Hujan Rahmat 2,
Taman Overseas Union Garden,
58200 Kuala Lumpur
