What can I say about myself? I am a freelance photographer based in Malaysia, and I shoot weddings and portraits. But I am guessing you know that much since you are on my website.
I started shooting weddings back in 2008, towards the end of the year with my then partner-in-crime, Tim. We launched the brand “Through Our Eyes Photography” which has since ended.
Now I have my own brand, again, as you can see through this website. I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark 2 and I use a 24mm f1.4, a 50mm f1.8 and a 135mm f2 along with a 580EXII flashgun.
I love shooting weddings and portraits because well, I love capturing the true emotions that are on display during these occasions. And being able to capture it has always been a passion and dream of mine. I am of course willing to travel to pretty much anywhere in the world.
Along with my passion for wedding photography, I also love to shoot what I call “contained wildlife”. Animals, birds or anything that moves in zoos, parks etc is another interest of mine. Thankfully, I shoot to preserve and not shoot to kill. I am also a huge Manchester United fan and my dream is to finally go to Old Trafford and watch a match.
The front gallery is a showcase of my work, although I dedicate the space to one couple or one occasion at a time. If you are interested to view more of my work, we can always meet up and have a chat over a cup of coffee
