I’ve been getting some requests on what shots we take at banquet and I realised that I seldom (or maybe never) post shots of dinner or lunch banquets. Not that I don’t like them but it has never been something I look at posting. I always thought that it is a given that we will know how to take banquet shots. The difficult part is usually in the morning. Since there are requests to see them, here are some of them 🙂 Hope you like them!

It is now June 2016 which makes this post pretty much six months overdue. 2015 was another awesome year for me. Japan has been one of my favourite countries to travel to since I first went there in 2007. It took me seven years before my second visit and nine years before I had my first shoot there. Edmund and Melissa is the awesome team at RedTie Wedding Singapore and we have worked with each other for a few weddings. When they first messaged me if I would do an overseas assignment, I never thought it would be for them. They are awesome people to work with and awesome as a couple to photograph as well. In a short 2-day shoot, we…

Photographing Sam and Vic’s big day started when my colleague asked me if she could hire me as a gift for her best friends. It was meant to be a simple 3-hour shoot to serve as their pre-wedding. I said sure, she set up a meeting and before I know it, I was already discussing with Sam and Victoria to shoot their big day. I have to say that I was glad that I was chosen and that we hit it off during that meeting. Because it was a beautiful wedding. Sam and Vic was so relaxed (probably the most…
